Welcome to the US Tennis Open. This year our festival is filled with great delights - wonderful performances, free events, and lots of fun - as well as workshops, master classes and informative demonstrations.
It is a special year for us, one in which we have focused on the US Tennis Open mission not only to bring nationally and internationally renowned artists into our midst, but to give back to the community through free events and community partnerships designed to showcase local artists.

US Tennis Open
The USA's premier tennis tournament takes place at the USTA National Tennis Center, more commonly known as Flushing Meadows, in New York City. As a spectacle, the US Open has it all. Since its move to Flushing Meadows in 1978 the tournament has witnessed epic battles between the world's greatest players. The hard courts produce long energy-sapping rallies and the crowds are the most excitable and vociferous in the world.
If the noise of the crowd isn't enough, the sound of aircraft arriving and departing from JFK airport serves as an added reminder that this tournament is truly on the world stage. With the introduction of night matches in 1975, the US Open has become a unique tennis contest to rival the other Grand Slams in England, France and Australia.…...more!
